Beat

Beat, a sprint methodology

Type: Methodology
Applied in: New York, Lake Como, London, São Paulo
Year: 2025
Scope: Sprint design, Facilitation, Talent rosters, Prototyping

Big problems need one room.

Beat puts strategy, creativity and decision-making in the same space, at the same time. Less bureaucracy, fewer handovers, and clarity you can actually ship.

Depth before speed: we arrive with real context loaded, so day one starts with substance. Decisions in days: feedback loops get shorter while the thinking stays deep. Shared ownership: clients build the work with us, so alignment sticks. You leave with a direction that survives Monday morning and five time zones.

Every session runs on a roster built around the problem, including specialists you might never meet in a first meeting.

Suave, New York. Two four-day sprints, eight creatives and four client stakeholders in the room every day. Week one was brand first and ended with a mini brand book. Week two flipped into campaign mode, prototyping in real time with product photography and fast video tests.

Motorola, Lake Como. Five days, 24+ people across disciplines and regions, built to unblock internal friction and set a direction that could scale. The output was a sprint book and a playbook for the rebrand, designed to travel across NA, EMEA, APAC and beyond.

World of Tanks went from concept to approval in five days. The FIFA World Cup platform started with a single day built for that brief.
